A Design For Life: UK Children's Palliative Care Conference

Description

This conference is aimed at practitioners who work in the children's palliative care sector including nurses, carers, care team members, nursery nurses, doctors, teachers, social workers, play co-ordinators and therapists. Interactive workshops will look at the key themes of delivering: information and support for all family members; integrated health, social care and education; best practice and high quality standards; and sustainable services and training for the future.
