Short Term Scientific Mission funded by COST. Puropose of STSM:-To start international and interdisciplinary research collaboration.
-To design a research project which describes and explains how LGBTI+ employee networks function in Poland and the UK.
-To develop provisional research tools.
-To organize a consultation meeting with stakeholders.
-To develop understanding of ethnographic reserach into LGBTI+ issues can be applied within business organisations.
