This European project which will address the need for Continuous Vocational Education and Training (CVET) on the integration of support and housing for vulnerable people; driven by two key processes in the sector: deinstitutionalisation and personalisation. Vulnerable people include persons with disabilities, with mental health needs and/or that experienced homelessness.
