Presentation with Ida Forster (Manager of Family Matters for Resolution) : Guiding parents through separation This seminar will open up debate about innovative models of legal practice in the field of family law. The participants included policy makers from the Ministry of Justice and the Department of Work and Pensions alongside family law professionals, senior academics in Family Law and The Chief Executives of Relate and OnePlusOne and the Chair and Vice Chair of Resolution. Dr Skinner also launched the report: 'Family Matters: Guiding parents to resolution’ at the seminar. The plenary roundtable discussion will be led by distinguished legal scholar Emeritus Professor Janet Walker OBE, Newcastle University.
