Description
Since August 2018, Dr Cismas is rapporteur of the Committee and therefore responsible for co-drafting the reports on states of emergency and their implications for human rights law. The reports will be presented to the ILA Meeting in Kyoto (2020) and Lisbon (2022).| Period | 2017 |
