Christine was invited by the Korean Women’s Development Institute to advise Korean Government ministers and policy makers on the subject of the 'Issue of Child Support Agencies in different Countries' at a unique International Conference ‘Commemorating the Enactment of the Child Support Enforcement Act in the Republic of Korea’ in the National Assembly, Seoul Korea, 10 July 2014. Co-host; Gender Equality and Family Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea. Title of talk: UK Child Support Policy: 3 operational phases The aim of the conference is to give the participants an insight into the respective child support systems and thus to help build an effective system for the enforcement and recovery of child maintenance in South Korea through technical and international support.
