Keynote given: From Care to adulthood - international research and experiences Conference was organized by Stiftung Univversitat Hilderhheim, International Gesellschaft fur erzieherische Hilfen e.V, sos-Kinderdorf e V At the meeting, we dedicate ourselves to essential areas of life Chen and aspects in the transition to adult life. There are requirements for the transition and accompaniment developed on a sustainable infrastructure. For this purpose, also presented experiences from abroad and discussed. The event is aimed at professionals from public and voluntary organizations of child and youth welfare and interests ized colleagues from universities and Consumer volumes.
