Description

The association of treatment outcome with patient factors such as ACE in CD has not yet been explored. Although indications are that misdiagnosis in CD dropped over the last decades, a recent estimate is lacking. Clinical cohort of consecutive outpatients with CD visiting a Clinical Centre of Excellence for Somatic Symptom Disorders and Related Disorders (CLGG) in the Netherlands. Prevalence of misdiagnosis in CD was established. Associations of predictors with treatment outcome in CD were explored.
