Description

I gave a talk on the role independent fiscal institutions can play in improving budgetary scrutiny in a country, how such institutions should be designed, and the experience with designing and building such an institution in Slovakia and elsewhere. The event was jointly organised by the Moroccan parliament, the Westminster Foundation for Democracy and the World Bank.
