Description
Science day at local primary school, which included an assembly to the whole school introducing the topic of the brain, followed by workshops in each key stage. The children completed the following activities in these workshops: 1. Wore goggles to shift their vision, practiced walking, throwing balls, catching, kicking the ball with these goggles on 2. Conducted Stroop Task experiments 3. Made pipe-cleaner neurons 4. Played with various visual illusions, and also created their own visual illusions (e.g., colouring them in, drawing them using instructions, etc).
