Description

Science day at local primary school with workshops in each key stage. The children completed the following activities in these workshops:
1. In KS1 completed working memory experiments
2. In KS2 Wore goggles to shift their vision, practiced walking, throwing balls, catching, kicking the ball with these goggles on. Completed tasks so that they could compare how their brain had adapted from first putting the goggles on (no adaptation yet) - to adaptation (just before taking goggles off) - to lingering adaptation immediately after taking goggles off.
