Team Leader for the multi-national team that studied the reconstruction and revitalisation of the historic settlement of Pocitelj in Bosnia-Herzegovina (supported by the World Monuments Fund and the Kress Foundation, New York). Professor Barakat was subsequently asked by the Bosnian Prime Minister to chair the experts group approved by the Parliament to oversee the implementation of the project, with an initial budget of DM2 million.Period | Jun 1996 → Apr 1997 |
