Launch of Leverhulme funded research into shared ownership by Lord Richard Best at the House of Lords. It was an opportunity to discuss the reforms to shared ownership that are necessary to ensure that the hybrid tenure can make a more significant contribution to overcoming constraints in present day housing markets. The event was attended by 25 people comprising chief executives, directors and staff of housing associations who develop shared ownership housing, senior lawyers and judges, mortgage lenders and academics.Period | 2 Jul 2015 |
