Spiller T. Invited talk on quantum communications technologies and the Quantum Communications Hub as part of a meeting organised by NPL (EMTECH Quantum Technologies Briefing Seminar; 24/02/16). The aim of the meeting was to brief officials from Government departments on the impact quantum technologies could have on government policy and procurement, and to help them consider how government can accelerate the UK quantum industry.
