Description

The Northern Way project, funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council, is pleased to announce an online records workshop. It is open to anyone who wants to learn more about the history of the medieval church in England, its relationship with government, and how best to navigate the surviving records to help your research. Topics covered include Ecclesiastical Administration, Ecclesiastical Records at TNA, Ecclesiastical Architecture, Local History and the Local Church, Visitations and Pastoral Care, and the Church and State.

This workshop invites participants to view pre-recorded presentations and pose their questions to the team in live discussion sessions - further details will be emailed to after registration.
