PhD student, Alan Reay, spoke on his research on the C-H bond activation of tryptophan derivatives, which was funded by the Chem21 project. Lyndsay Leddingham spoke about phenanthridinone C-H bond activation work, going on within the Fairlamb research group, winning 1st prize for her research poster.
