Description

Two week research fellowship at the HSRC to work on British Academy-funded research project on the consumption of traditional vegetables by migrant communities in Johannesburg. I also gave a paper to HSRC staff - online including all branches - entitled 'Using transdisciplinary socio-historical data to understand the evolution of food systems in Low and Middle-Income Countries: A Caribbean case study.' I also established connections with relevant organisations for the project in Pretoria and Johannesburg.
