York-Uniandes War and Peace project stakeholder workshop

Description

With the idea of not only disseminating preliminary results with a national perspective, but also to include their perceptions in the project, we organised an event in March 2020 in Colombia (Bogota) with people from different regions of the country. This event was held in the Universidad de Los Andes campus, and attended by secretaries of health from 10 different Departments in Colombia, Ministry of Health officials, representatives from international organisations (Doctors Without Borders, International Organization of Migrations, Red Cross), academics, healthcare organisations and health professionals currently working with or representing ex-FARC members. During this event, we presented some preliminary results; gathered attendees’ feedback to the project; and conducted some interviews as part of our research activities.
