Data from two experiments reported in Storer et al. paper entitled ‘Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi reduce nitrous oxide emissions from N2O hotspots’
This paper outlines all methods for producing and using the data. There are two experiments summarised. These experiments were microcosms based and included AMF access and non-AMF access to organic matter patches and inorganic nitrogen addition. Various parameters were measured including N2O concentrations in the organic matter patches and N2O fluxes from the microcosm units. Data were collected at various stages throughout the experiment as described in Storer et al.
