Ballads of York: a joint project with York Minster Libary

Funded by an AHRC YIAF small grant, 'Ballads of York: Bringing the York Minster Library's Ballad Collections to Life'. The dataset builds on previous work cataloguing 2000+ ballads from the YML collections (mostly from the Hailstone Collection), recording identifying features and printers' details, as well as indicating whether the item is a duplicate, variant or a potentially unique examplar of the ballad in question.
