(last row or column)."

4b_F.txt: "The file 4b_F.tsv contains the calculated values of the Fock operator F(x,x') (Fig. 4(b) of the paper), in atomic units, on a regular two-dimensional mesh in which both x (row) and x' (column) range over a uniform 501-point grid from -30 (1st row or column) to +30 a.u. (last row or column)."
