Data underpinning 'Synthesis of biolabile thioalkyl-protected phosphates from an easily accessible phosphotriester precursor'

Dataset

Description

This data set contains the unprocessed Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) data and processed High Resolution Mass Spectrometry (HRMS) data for all of the novel research compounds (i.e. those not previously reported in the scientific literature) underpinning the publication above. The READ ME file associated with the data set contains a full list of all molecules with their chemical structures and corresponding compound names. Data files are named using the following format: “data type - compound name - file type”.

NMR data sets: 1H, 13C and 31P NMR spectra
File type: mnova.
This file type can be opened and processed using freely available NMR data processing software.
Instrumentation: NMR spectra were obtained either on a JEOL ECS400A spectrometer (400 and 100 MHz respectively) or a Bruker AVIIIHD600 spectrometer (600 and 150 MHz respectively).

HRMS data sets: HRMS spectra
File type: pdf.
Data are provided by the University of York’s Centre of Excellence in Mass Spectrometry (CoEMS) in the form of a PDF file showing the identified peaks and m/z value of the target molecule.
Instrumentation: HRMS spectra were obtained on a Bruker compact time-of-flight mass spectrometer (30,000 resolution, low ppm mass accuracy) with an Electron Spray Ionisation source.
