Spatial arrangement of several flagellins within bacterial flagella improves motility in different environments



Data pertaining to the ability of Shewanella putrefaciens to swim and navigate in Newtonian fluids of various viscosities. The expression of flagellar proteins has been varied and the phenotypic outcomes observed.
