The Archbishop's Registers of the Dioscese of York, 1225-1646

The York’s Archbishops’ Registers Revealed project funded by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation and featured four principal strands: Conservation, Imaging, Development and Training. This dataset comprises the results of the imaging and development activities, which resulted in the production of over 20,000 high quality images of the registers, a public-facing web site to present the images and indexing data, a restricted-access web site for indexing the registers and code for both of the latter web applications.
