Cognitive neuroscience of episodic and spatial memory. I use experimental psychology, brain imaging and computational modelling to understand the neural mechanisms underpinning these processes.

Biography

I completed a BSc in Psychology (2005) and MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience (2006) at the University of York. I undertook doctoral training in Cognitive Neuroscience at the MRC Cognition and Brain Sciences Unit in Cambridge (2006-2010). I was also a visiting scholar at Stanford University during this period (2008). Following postdoctoral positions at the Otto-von-Guericke University (2010-2011) and University College London (2011-2016), I returned to York as a lecturer in Psychology.
