Lindsey's research focuses on later prehistoric Britain and Europe, particularly non-normative funerary rites, the ritualisation of the domestic sphere and cave archaeology. She is also interested in how contemporary social theory can help inform interpretations on past societies, particularly on themes of death, dying and bereavement.
