Biography

Mary Leng joined the Department of Philosophy at the University of York in January 2012.  She was previously a Lecturer in Philosophy at the University of Liverpool (2006-2011) and a Research Fellow at St John's College, Cambridge (2002-2006).  She has held visiting fellowships at the University of California at Irvine (2001) and the University of British Columbia (2003).  She studied Mathematics and Philosophy as an undergraduate at Balliol College, Oxford (1993-1996), and received her PhD in Philosophy from the University of Toronto (2002).
