Peter Achim

My research is in microeconomic theory, with a specific focus on game theory and mechanism design. It addresses aspects of information economics, particularly the incentives for acquiring and disclosing information. Topics of interest include the incentives for verification, auditing, certification, and evidence production, as well as incentives and optimal rules for disclosure. The research finds application in areas such as financial markets, consumer protection, and health care.
