The unanimous adoption by the 193 United Nations member states of the UN Sustainable Development Goals for 2030 demonstrates a remarkable consensus, offering an unprecedented opportunity for the worldwide community to pursue sustainable wellbeing. The SDGs, however, lack coherence and research is needed to overcome their limitations. This proposal is for a 2-day workshop at University of York, bringing together international world-leading partners to plan concrete programmes of work for external funding applications that will support modelling and measuring sustainable wellbeing in connection with the UN SDGs.
