Description
We intend to demonstrate the viability of a technique to make use of large amounts of data, collected from patients in an unsupervised manner using wearable devices. In lay-terms one might say our question is: ‘can we make use of data without knowing what a person/patient was doing?’’ This is a well-recognised problem, and its solution would be valuable across a wide range of applications and cases. Not the least of these are medical conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, essential tremor, motor-impairment, stroke rehabilitation, Alzheimer's, general frailty and many others.
