The Riverside Group Limited funded this study, conducted by Imogen Blood & Associates and Nicholas Pleace (University of York), to explore the following questions: What are the most significant trends or changes in the commissioning of homelessness services in recent years? What lessons can be learned from these changes to inform future policy and strategy?
