Description
The study was led by researchers from the Department of Education at Oxford University in collaboration with Family and Childcare Trust and researchers from SPSW. It comprised an exploration of enablers and barriers to taking up early years provision for young children in care. The study comprised a literature review and interviews with key stakeholders including education and health policy and practice specialists, foster carers and education providers.
