By understanding the electromagnetic properties of non-woven materials this project aims to predict their electromagnetic performance.
Layman's description
Non-woven materials form part of the composites used in vehicle manufacture and their electromagnetic shielding properties help protect sensitive electronics from interference from radio transmitters and other sources of electromagnetic interference.
