ESRC funded mixed method study concerning bullying, discrimination and harassment of lesbian, gay and bisexual employees in British Workplaces. The study is based on a nationwide survey and six case studies. Case study partners include The Royal Navy, a high security prison, a large NHS trust, an international retailer, a large financial organisation and a national charity. A total of 50 LGBs were interviewed for this study and 16 HR/Trade Union representatives. We also ran 16 focus groups with heterosexual colleagues, using vignettes.
