To plan, recruit and deliver an event whose aim is to build and strengthen relationships between the University of York and its partner WRAP with the food manufacturing supply chain in Wales. The event will showcase commercial opportunities for transforming low value wastes into valuable resources. The longer term aim will be to bring together innovators, food & drink sector businesses and valorisation route end users.
