Description

A review of relevant academic and jurisprudential literature on the topic of sentencing where the mental health of the offender is an issue to be considered. Commissioned as part of the Scottish Sentencing Council's evidence-based approach to sentencing guideline creation, the report will inform the Council’s early work on a potential mental health sentencing guideline. Project and funding managed by the Sentencing Academy.
