Women sound engineers’ and producers’ experience of microaggressions

Funded by a Engage grant of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC) in partnership with the Audio Engineering Society, this survey draws upon previous research investigating microaggressions in the workplace with an intersectional approach to focus on experiences of discrimination in one area of the music industry—audio engineering in the commercial recording studio.
