Analysis of proton transfer in polarized Li-7 scattering by Pb-208 at 33 MeV

Abstract

Angular distributions of the differential cross section and the second-rank tensor analysing power T-20 have been measured for the one-proton transfer reaction induced by polarized Li-7 on Pb-208 at 33 MeV leading to several states in Bi-209. The experimental data were analysed simultaneously with data for elastic and inelastic scattering of Li-7 by means of CCBA and CRC calculations. The spectroscopic factors for Bi-209 states are obtained. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V.
