The article considers the Court of Appeal judgment in Tekdata Interconnections Ltd v Amphenol Ltd on whether the 'last shot' approach to 'battle of the forms' sale of goods cases provided by the Court of Appeal decision in Butler Machine Tool Co v Ex-cell-o Corp (England) could be displaced in favor of the traditional offer and acceptance analysis where this produced a result that was consistent with the parties' conduct over a long-term relationship.
