Abstract
This report presents the results of two major surveys exploring the impact of COVID-19 on churches and communities, undertaken between November 2020-February 2021. Over 6000 respondents and numerous semi-structured interviews contributed to the creation of the report and a series of recommendations for recovery. The report was commissioned by The Historic Religious Buildings Alliance, National Churches Trust, Historic England, the Association of English Cathedrals and The Church of England,
