Abstract

This report summarises the results achieved by the Crisis Skylight Birmingham service during the period 2012-2014. The report is based on the results of an
on-going national evaluation of the Crisis Skylight Programme by the University
of York, which is tracking outcomes for 135 Skylight service users (known as
members) across six Skylight services during 2013-2015, alongside conducting
focus groups with other members. The report also draws on administrative data
and feedback collected by Crisis.
