Delivering legal education through an integrated problem-based learning model: the nuts and bolts

Abstract

This article looks at problem-based learning in legal education at one specific law school that uses this as the main means of curriculum delivery. The paper examines the basic principles behind the model and how it is implemented in practice with specific reference to its use in the context of live-client clinics.
