Development of time-domain surface macro-models from material measurements

Abstract

The utility of different measurement techniques in the development of material macro-models for use in multi-scale electromagnetic models for complex composites are considered. Measurement results for three types carbon-fiber composite panel in three different measurement systems are compared and the implications for macro-model development are discussed.
