N2 - The creative work associated with the research project 'Sounded Gesture and Enacted Sounds' took the form of two new movements for piano and percussion. Live performances were initially given at two conferences (in addition to paper presentations): the York - Orpheus Research Centre in Music seminar, 'Embodiment - Experiment' (May 2011), and the Performance Studies Network conference, Centre for Musical Performance as Creative Practice, Cambridge University (July 2011). Subsequently the work was shown at the October 2012 research festival of the Orpheus Research Centre in Music, Ghent, 'From the Known to the Unknown'. The score and film are listed elsewhere.
