Abstract

Objectives: This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows:. To conduct network meta-analyses (NMAs) of the effectiveness and tolerability of dual and triple combination inhaler therapies compared with each other and with varying doses of inhaled corticosteroids (ICS) in adolescents and adults with uncontrolled asthma who have been treated with or are eligible for medium-dose ICS/LABA combination therapy.
