The learning objectives of this chapter are to: 1. Understand how economic evaluations and economic impact studies can support decision making in health emergency and disaster risk management (Health EDRM). 2. Know the methods available to researchers conducting these studies. 3. Be aware of research limitations, including evidence gaps and methodological challenges.
