Experience of using a spherical dipole as a transfer standard for radiated emissions measurements below 30 MHz

Abstract

It has been demonstrated that it is possible to enhance current radiated emission measurement techniques, by using a standard radiating source, such that measurements taken at any test house can be used to estimate the measurements that would be obtained on an open-area-test site. The direct comparison of measurements from a number of test houses having different sized screened rooms is thus feasible
