Abstract

The vibration-rotation spectrum of CS was observed in emission in the spectral region 1000-1400 cm(-1) with a Fourier transform spectrometer. The observed spectrum consists of nine Delta upsilon = 1 vibration rotation bands with upsilon less than or equal to 9. The present data combined with previous infrared and microwave measurements provide an improved set of molecular constants. (C) 1995 Academic Press, Inc.
