Abstract
A high-resolution infrared emission spectrum of InF was recorded with a Fourier transform spectrometer. A total of 2664 rotational lines from v = 1 --> 0 to v = 12 --> 11 were measured for the major isotopomer (InF)-In-115 and 179 lines for v = 1 --> 0 and v = 2 --> 1 for the minor isotope (InF)-In-113 in the X(1) Sigma(+) ground state. Revised Dunham Y-ij constants for each isotopomer as well as isotopically invariant Dunham U-ij constants are reported. Also, an effective Born-Oppenheimer potential was determined by fitting the data directly to the eigenvalues of a parameterized potential.
