Investigation of the C-12+C-12 E-cm=32.5 MeV resonance

Abstract

A fine-step excitation function has been measured across the resonance reported at 32.5 MeV in the C-12[C-12, C-12(0(2)(+))]C-12(0(2)(+)) reaction. Correlated structure is also observed in other exit channels involving the 0(2)(+) and 3(1)(-) states of C-12 and in the O-16 + Be-8 channel.
